Free Prototyping and Testing Services

PrintIns Direct is pleased to offer free prototyping and testing services to our supply chain partners. The following terms and conditions apply to this offering:

1. Eligibility

  • The free prototyping and testing services are available to all PrintIns Direct customers who choose us as their supply chain partner.

  • Becoming a Supply Chain Partner:

    • To become a supply chain partner, customers must submit an enquiry via our website.

    • Customers must have previously used our services.

    • Customers must demonstrate credibility, ensuring that they intend to use the service for final production printing of their items.

    • Acceptance as a supply chain partner will be confirmed after a quotation has been provided and the corresponding invoice has been paid.

2. Service Usage

  • Free Prototyping and Testing: Customers are entitled to use our prototyping and testing services free of charge.

  • Up to Three Free Uses per Item: Each customer can utilize the free prototyping and testing services up to three times for the same item.

  • Discounted Rates Thereafter: After the third use of the service for the same item, customers will be offered specially discounted rates for further prototyping and testing services.

3. Terms and Conditions

  • Scope of Services: The free prototyping and testing services include all necessary processes to create and test a prototype of the customer's design. Additional services beyond standard prototyping and testing may incur charges.

  • Design Submission: Customers must submit their designs in the required format as specified by PrintIns Direct. PrintIns Direct reserves the right to refuse designs that do not meet our technical specifications or quality standards.

  • Usage Tracking: PrintIns Direct will track the number of uses for each item to ensure compliance with the terms of this offer. Customers will be notified when they have reached the limit of three free uses for an item.

  • Discounted Rates: After the third use, customers will receive a detailed rate card for any additional prototyping and testing services. These rates are subject to change and will be communicated in advance.

  • Service Availability: While PrintIns Direct strives to provide uninterrupted access to prototyping and testing services, availability may be subject to equipment, material, and scheduling constraints. PrintIns Direct will make every effort to accommodate customer needs in a timely manner.

4. General Provisions

  • Amendments: PrintIns Direct reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

  • Liability: PrintIns Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the free prototyping and testing services.

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrintIns Direct operates.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
